Meet Our Owner
At Thoughtful Home Care, Inc., we understand that individuals and families sometimes require specialized care and assistance in the comfort of their homes. That’s why our founder, Deborah, established our company, bringing more than a decade’s worth of experience as a Registered Nurse in the home care industry.
Deborah’s journey in caregiving began when she worked as a caregiver herself. She quickly excelled in providing compassionate care to those who needed it most. Her exceptional work led her to train other caregivers on best practices at a home care agency.
After years of working in a hospital setting, Deborah returned to the home care field, realizing that the best way to protect vulnerable populations during the COVID-19 pandemic was by providing proper care to those at home.
With over ten years of experience in the home care industry, Deborah has worked in various roles, including as a caregiver, a trainer, and a Registered Nurse. Her extensive experience has allowed her to see firsthand the positive impact quality care can have on individuals and their families.
